insurance plans to make our services accessible and affordable
for all. Our business office staff is well trained and
will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding your
billing or insurance needs. Due to the constant changes
in insurance coverage, we require that our patients find out
whether or not a referral is needed.
We strive to maintain affordable services
by minimizing billing costs and request your cooperation in
making payments on the day services are rendered. We
accept payment by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover and Care Credit.
